Experience at Nelekat : "I had a great time at Nelekat. Placed under Coltron Electronics as a help-desk support technician. I managed to learn a lot from my mentors. The program was for one year from August 2022 till July 2023. Part of my work was Assist end-users in resolving technical issues, including problems with hardware, software, network connectivity, and any other IT-related issues. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems through phone calls, emails, or in-person interactions, guiding users through step-by-step solutions."

Work-based learining position : Heklp-desktop technician.
Experience at Nelekat : "I had admirable splendid time at
Nelekat. Placed under Coltron Electronics as a help-desk
support technician, through my journey with my mentors
and superiors I learnt a lot from them in a period of 12
month from August 2022- July 2023. My duties at
corporate ICT work was to assist end-users in resolving
technical issues, that include problems with hardware,
software, Printers, network connectivity, active directory
and other IT-related issues. Troubleshoot and diagnose
problems through phone calls or remotely, email or
physical interaction with end users onsite, guiding users
through step by step solution to resolve the problem,
educating end users on how to use or familirize
themselves with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Cloud.

I managed to learn the basic troubleshooting for printers, computers, mobile devices, and networking. After the program I became a certified CompTIA A+ technician and all thanks to Nelekat.
